Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate production equipment to insert and mail customer statements, letters, checks, and cards on schedule.
  • •Perform quality control inspections before, during, and after production runs and ensure final product meets department standards.
  • •Troubleshoot basic and intermediate program/system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
  • •Complete operator/job logs and documentation, including reports validating damaged pieces, and maintain supply inventory.
  • •Manually prepare documents for mailing and provide training support for new employees after becoming proficient; escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.
