Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific AV systems integration projects.
  • •Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements using AVI-SPL processes and procedures.
  • •Lead kickoff coordination across internal and external stakeholders; manage project risks and resolve issues via team action or escalation.
  • •Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, coordinate resource scheduling, facilitate material/equipment orders, and manage project expenditures and profitability impacts.
  • •Provide status/progress reporting, manage quality of internal and subcontracted work, handle change orders, gather close-out documentation, and maintain customer relationships while responding to concerns.
