Manage the administration of MHR panel members and clients, including maintaining client and panel member profiles. Lead and supervise a team of admin assistants while providing administrative support to the MHR office. Coordinate administrative workflows and deadlines, file documents systematically, and run administrative processes using tools such as Microsoft Word/Excel and internal systems (CRS, MHRM, Moodle).
