Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities and develop strategies to market retail banking products and services to expatriates, retaining and attracting new customers.
  • •Sell and market retail products to meet or exceed area sales and profit goals.
  • •Call on corporate clients and individuals to sell bank products, and refer commercial opportunities to Relationship Managers.
  • •Open accounts and communicate U.S. banking customs and practices; develop foreign-language explanatory materials and publish a newsletter for international clients.
  • •Respond to international transaction requests, promote foreign exchange, act as backup for International Relationship Managers, and coordinate/support projects and programs with economic development groups.

Salary: USD 45,100 - 85,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong English skills and bilingual language ability (Japanese required; German preferred) for professional speaking, reading, writing, and computer use.
  • •1 to 2 years of professional experience in financial services (prior banking experience strongly preferred).
  • •Ability to type, edit, proof correspondence and prepare reports; attention to detail with strong sales and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • •Experience with Word and Excel; must be able to register for SAFE Act through NMLS at time of employment.
