Join Keoghs Scotland’s Large Loss/Motor team as an Associate working closely with a Partner to investigate and defend complex, high-profile motor litigation, including catastrophic injury cases. You’ll manage a reduced caseload, conduct forensic document review, assess liability/quantum/causation, assist with drafting strategic legal advice, liaise with medical experts, and attend court while supporting day-to-day team operations and business development activity.
