Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable and sustain probe automation systems to improve operational efficiency and defensive capabilities of probe manufacturing.
  • •Build and implement manufacturing execution detailed solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Lead initiatives for efficiency improvement and cost reduction in Probe Operations to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
  • •Apply analytical skills to extract insights from manufacturing data to support site business plans and process improvement/yield enhancement.
  • •Perform lot dispositions based on business logic and required quality control standards, using AI to enhance workload efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience with manufacturing execution systems, probe automation, and new product introduction.
  • •Proficiency in Linux and Git, and at least one programming language (Python/R/JavaScript).
  • •Strong analytical abilities to convert raw data into actionable insights and proficiency with database and visualization tools.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
