•Provide administrative support for shipping and receiving, maintaining records and data entry in SAP and locator systems.
•Coordinate with planners and internal/external customers to schedule pickups and deliveries, tracking status and resolving shipping issues.
•Prepare documents for plant and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate shipping/receiving details and compliance.
•Support or intervene in daily work assignments to meet inbound/outbound deadlines.
•Assist in maintaining inventory control and organizing warehouse pant/records.
