Visual Lead - Twenty Ninth St

Lead in-store visual merchandising to drive sales and maximize store profitability, partnering with the Visual Manager and Operations team. Oversee execution of operational functions like shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management while maintaining product presentation through recovery and restock/destock. Plan visual floor changes, manage reporting and budgets, and work cross-functionally to ensure the store is well-executed. Lead and coach Associates through recruitment, development, and performance feedback.
