Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager and Operations team.
  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and executing visual merchandising changes per direction.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management, including payroll management and reporting to identify opportunities with product placement and stock levels.
  • •Lead day-to-day operations and guest experience by coaching Associates, supporting recruitment and development, and providing constant performance feedback.
