Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and manage automation projects from factory ideation through machine commissioning and proof of rate capability, then hand off to operational teams
  • •Architect, write, and debug PLC code for organized, structured, documented, maintainable, reusable high-volume manufacturing applications
  • •Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems to keep robots, gantries, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment safe and reliable
  • •Generate simple HMI screens to help users understand, operate, and troubleshoot complex machines
  • •Design electrical systems compliant to NEC, NFPA, and UL508A regulations while staying organized with schedules and budgets

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, physics, or computer science discipline
  • •Ability to engineer creative, new approaches while adhering to ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA safety requirements
  • •Experience with at least one of the listed disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Software)
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally on plans and recommendations
  • •Ability to solve complex problems with simple solutions across design and implementation stages
