Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and summarize case law, and draft memoranda and other correspondence on legal and regulatory matters.
  • •Evaluate legal issues and collaborate with attorneys on matters including contracts, supply chain, real property, environmental, labor and employment, regulatory, and litigation.
  • •Assist attorneys with regulatory filings, hearings, and meetings preparation.
  • •Respond to subpoenas and discovery requests.
  • •Support litigation and dispute processes, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, and participate in negotiations and settlements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.2 - 29.7

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a second-year law student pursuing a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (must be a rising third-year during Summer 2027).
  • •Completed Torts, Contracts, Property, Legal Research and Legal Writing classes.
  • •Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • •Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
  • •Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
