  • •Manage production operations including shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management.
  • •Set objectives and guidelines for managing and monitoring cell performance and productivity; direct scheduling, sequencing, and production innovation.
  • •Lead a team of intermediate/experienced professionals and manage cell leaders to ensure quality items are complete and documented.
  • •Direct cost reduction and process improvement, lead materials/logistics problem resolution, and liaise with customers to address needs and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, production, quality, or a related field, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years in a related field.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Working knowledge of shop practices, processes, and procedures.
  • •Supervisory/team leadership experience with specialized knowledge of technical/operational practices or shop environment experience (preferred).
