Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, plan, and execute events that drive community engagement in local markets.
  • •Act as primary program manager to drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across marketing, real estate, government affairs, digital infrastructure, and senior leadership.
  • •Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet operational milestones.
  • •Oversee event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, registration, stage design, staffing, and post-event reporting.
  • •Establish scalable event processes, templates, and best practices, maintaining event metrics and reports and proposing improvements for future events.
