Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage the mortgage product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs.
  • •Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and regulatory requirements.
  • •Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements; translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria with traceability.
  • •Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders; support Agile ceremonies and Scrum teams.

  • •10+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant in mortgage banking or financial services.
  • •Extensive experience with mortgage origination and servicing systems.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale mortgage transformation programs.
  • •Strong background in mortgage origination, servicing, underwriting, refinancing, and regulatory frameworks across end-to-end lending processes.
