Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute global strategy for food and beverage touchpoints, including cafes, micro-kitchens, barista/boba bars, event catering, pop-up vendors, and executive dining.
  • •Lead vendor governance and IFM management by selecting partners, negotiating contracts, and managing performance for global F&B vendors and local suppliers.
  • •Oversee financial management for the global F&B budget, including cost-per-head controls, invoice auditing, forecasting, and impact metrics.
  • •Ensure health, safety, and sustainability by enforcing food safety compliance, local permitting/regulations, and driving sustainability initiatives (e.g., zero food waste, compostable packaging).
  • •Optimize programs with data-driven approaches (office utilization and badge-swipe data), collaborate on space planning and culinary design, and develop global playbooks/SLAs for workplace teams.

  • •8–12+ years of senior hospitality management experience leading large-scale corporate dining programs for enterprise tech or high-volume multi-site environments.
  • •Expertise managing large P&Ls and complex vendor contracts across regions and regulatory environments.
