Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions within established standards and development practices.
  • •Collaborate with business and technical teams to evaluate customer requirements and recommend solutions aligned to business outcomes.
  • •Plan and implement moderately complex solutions supporting client migrations, product upgrades, and related initiatives.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve application, batch processing, and production issues while identifying opportunities for long-term improvements.
  • •Create detailed work plans, manage deliverables, support multiple concurrent projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams; train and mentor new associates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 144,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a technical environment with exposure to banking, financial services, or e-commerce applications.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting application development, systems analysis, programming, debugging, and production support.
  • •3+ years of experience using JCL, TSO, File Manager, CA7 batch scheduling, or equivalent batch processing technologies.
  • •2+ years of experience with DB2 COBOL programming and DB2 database structures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a relevant field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
