Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex product experiences from discovery and problem definition through concept development, prototyping, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and product data into intuitive AI-powered experiences.
  • •Simplify complex workflows involving automated speech recognition and conversational intelligence, designing cohesive experiences across web, desktop, and mobile.
  • •Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs in Figma, collaborating with Engineering during implementation.
  • •Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, testing, documentation, and iteration; conduct customer discovery and usability testing to improve shipped experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience as a UX or Product Designer operating at the Senior, Staff, or Lead level.
  • •A portfolio showing recent, hands-on end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences with meaningful customer or business impact.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping methods.
  • •Experience conducting customer research and usability testing, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product improvements.
  • •Demonstrated use of AI throughout the design process and experience designing AI-powered products with trust, uncertainty, transparency, user control, and failure states.
