Lead plant operations and process improvement efforts on the night shift, guiding teams to hit production, quality, safety, and cost targets. You’ll resolve bottlenecks using structured problem-solving, monitor performance to maintain standards, and sustain daily direction-setting work. Support sanitation and food-safe manufacturing practices, run shift handoffs, and coach employee development through training and feedback.
