Job Summary

Build and lead the talent sourcing function for the Data-as-a-Service business, securing domain expert contributors across highly specialized, hard-to-fill categories. Own direct sourcing strategy, talent mapping, outreach, channel development, and pipeline generation. Partner with the DaaS Supply team to translate supply priorities into actionable sourcing plans. Lead recruiters and sourcers, develop playbooks and operating rhythms, and use data and AI-enabled sourcing tools to optimize performance, speed, and contributor quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale the talent sourcing team responsible for securing domain expert contributors for the Data-as-a-service business.
•Build a scalable sourcing engine to identify, engage, qualify, and activate expert talent across highly specialized, hard-to-fill domains.
•Own direct sourcing strategy across priority expert categories, including talent mapping, market research, outreach strategy, channel development, and pipeline generation.
•Partner with the DaaS Supply team to forecast expert contributor needs and translate supply strategy into sourcing plans.
•Develop and manage recruiters and sourcers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, enablement, and team development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000

Key Requirements

•Experience building and leading talent sourcing, recruiting, or contributor acquisition teams for hard-to-fill profiles.
•Deep expertise in direct sourcing strategy, including talent mapping, Boolean/search methodology, outreach strategy, and channel development.
•Experience sourcing specialized talent across technical, scientific, industry, functional, language, research, or data domains.
•Track record building scalable sourcing systems, processes, playbooks, reporting, and team operating models.
•Experience managing and developing recruiters and sourcers in a fast-paced environment.
