Key Responsibilities

•Guide a cross-disciplinary team through several phases of hardware systems lifecycle including designs and analysis; architect new electronic systems; develop and document subsystem requirements and test plans; perform peer reviews as a subject matter expert; present to peers, management, and government customers; conduct root-cause failure investigations
•Mentor and mentee within a missile systems environment, contributing to a culture of mentoring
•Support multiple programs and collaborate with functional and program management, customers, and suppliers
•Travel as required, including foreign travel
•Work within a multi-disciplined team and interface with program management

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
•Minimum of 10 years' experience in flight avionics with electrical hardware development, sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development and/or requirement validation
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
