Key Responsibilities

  • •Measure operational performance across SSI teams and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Monitor team capacity and support workforce planning through capacity analysis and recurring reporting on utilisation.
  • •Drive compliance with operational standards and processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, session scheduling, and cancellation tracking.
  • •Develop actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and strengthen operational discipline, including cost optimisation and contribution margin improvement.
  • •Support development, testing, and rollout of new operational tools, dashboards, and planning frameworks while refining processes based on feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in operations, business analytics, consulting, strategy, or similar analytical roles.

  • •Experience analyzing operational processes, productivity, or business performance, including stakeholder management and communication.
