Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Core Java applications supporting enterprise IT systems.
  • •Build secure REST API integrations, including certificate-based request security and scalability for user activity monitoring.
  • •Implement and troubleshoot LDAP authentication/authorization and related custom LDAP-based solutions.
  • •Deploy applications on Apache Tomcat and configure connectors and supporting HTTPD (Apache HTTP Server) settings.
  • •Maintain secure PKI workflows (key pairs, X.509 parsing/validation/chaining) and support encryption-related functionality and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience and US citizenship required.
  • •Expert-level Core Java (NOT Spring Boot) with Java 17+ plus JVM/JRE/JDK concepts.
  • •Strong experience deploying and configuring Apache Tomcat (Tomcat connectors, HTTPD management) and developing Java REST APIs.
  • •Extensive Linux administration and command-line experience, including strong SSH and PuTTY usage.
  • •Experience with JDBC/DAO patterns, MariaDB/MySQL integration (connection pooling without framework), and LDAP authentication/authorization; plus PKI/X.509, OpenSSL, encryption algorithms, and Quartz scheduling.
