Key Responsibilities

•Analyze surveillance alerts to detect and prevent market misconduct.
•Identify abnormal or aberrant activity and escalate concerns to stakeholders, including senior management and product heads.
•Contribute to design and development of models to enhance surveillance coverage, including conduct risk, compliance policies, and market manipulation.
•Perform ad-hoc reviews of trading activity by analyzing complex cases and resolving issues using judgment.
•Compile investigation findings into meaningful summaries and share results with stakeholders such as Legal and Compliance.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of industry experience, ideally in financial services compliance at a financial services regulator, exchange/trading venue, or similar role, with understanding of financial markets and trading.
•Proven experience working in a rapidly changing and complex environment.
•Strong functional knowledge of trade surveillance and exception-based monitoring.
•Substantial knowledge of financial/trading regulatory frameworks.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with initiative, analytical ability, and integrity.
