Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance as a trusted technical consultant and subject matter expert on the ScienceLogic product suite.
  • •Lead hands-on installation, configuration, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic solutions.
  • •Partner with customer technical and management teams to understand business and technical needs, resolve issues, and provide clear technical direction.
  • •Drive problem resolution and communicate product feedback and future needs as the internal customer advocate.
  • •Create and maintain accurate project and technical documentation and support IT, security, ATO, audit, and change-management processes while following Professional Services standards.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizenship with at least six years of experience supporting Federal customers.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • •Strong enterprise infrastructure and systems administration experience across Windows and Unix/Linux, including at least two years of hands-on Linux experience.
  • •At least four years supporting or implementing enterprise infrastructure monitoring, network management, or application performance solutions (e.g., ScienceLogic/EM7, SolarWinds, IBM Netcool/Tivoli, Nagios, HP OpenView, or comparable).
  • •Experience with SNMP (including MIB architecture, traps, and/or Syslog alert configuration) and scripting/automation such as PowerShell, Bash/Linux scripting, Python, or PHP.
