Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, implement, and manage contracting fulfillment processes to drive operational excellence and support strategic objectives.
  • •Oversee project execution, planning, scheduling, and manpower utilization, including monthly forecasting and revenue forecasting.
  • •Review and validate contracts and estimates using risk analysis and risk plans; confirm ability to meet project performance and financial requirements.
  • •Directly supervise a minimum of eight to ten office/field employees and coach, mentor, and develop project managers, project specialists, and controls field technicians.
  • •Serve as primary interface among customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain satisfaction, ensure corrective actions, and support contracting growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum 8 (eight) years’ experience in facilities or HVAC systems preferred.
  • •Experience with contracting processes for installation of building automation systems and turnkey projects preferred.
  • •Manage contracting processes effectively; maintain knowledge of operational and customer requirements.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
