Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and support products including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while working toward client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions appropriately.
  • •Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participating in branch huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is emphasized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
