Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end quarterly development and delivery of the Integrated Risk Management Report (IRMR) for the Board of Directors.
  • •Enable well-managed delivery of ERO-owned Board reports and presentations with audit-ready documentation.
  • •Lead processes supporting second line sub-certification and attestation for SEC reporting.
  • •Partner across lines of defense and with GovSec to communicate updates and support broader deadlines.
  • •Author, review, and continuously enhance governance systems (tools, templates, job aids, processes).

Salary: USD 109,900 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Risk Management.
  • •At least 2 years of experience supporting and interacting with multiple internal business stakeholders.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gemini).
  • •Preferred: 4+ years in Project/Process/Risk Management and 3+ years supporting senior leadership.
