Key Responsibilities

•Provide program leadership and strategy for the Branch Activation Program (DeNovo openings & relocations) with a multi-year roadmap
•Orchestrate end-to-end activation workstreams including readiness, local activation, and community integration across markets
•Serve as central integrator across Marketing, HR, Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, Community Affairs, and Retail
•Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and portfolio prioritization; maintain a single source of truth for activation strategy
•Own the activation lifecycle from planning and pre-open readiness through activation, ramp, and stabilization; ensure tools and trainings are in place

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 159,000 - 204,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10-15+ years of experience in retail banking, network strategy, branch transformation, or enterprise program leadership
•Direct, hands-on experience leading branch openings and relocations end-to-end (planning, readiness, activation)
•Proven field experience working with market leaders to drive readiness, execution consistency, and sustained performance
•Understanding of branch economics and performance drivers including ramp curves and time-to-break-even
•Ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise governance
