Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary client interface across medical affairs and pharmaceutical accounts, identifying organic growth opportunities and expanding campaign scopes.
•Oversee end-to-end digital project delivery, including development and maintenance of HCP platforms and patient caregiver websites.
•Lead cross-functional briefings to pilot and scale AI visual assets and modern marketing tech tools across brand portfolios.
•Manage 6–8 concurrent projects while balancing regulatory compliance, client timelines, and budget accuracy (estimates, invoicing, financial tracking).
•Track and analyze campaign metrics to demonstrate engagement uplifts and drive continuous improvement for clients.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of progressive commercial, campaign management, or account leadership experience in healthcare agencies, pharmaceutical consulting, or digital health environments.
•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MSc) in a relevant analytical, health, or social sciences field highly desirable.
•Proven experience working with AI visual development or adopting next-generation digital tools.
•Proficiency in platform management and CRMs such as Salesforce, Veeva, Monday.com, Figma, and Smartsheet.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with high-accuracy client-facing documentation and financial administration.
