Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations based on client conversations, including referring investment and insurance solutions.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline using prospecting, centers of influence, and documented calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
  • •Support branch operations by opening personal and business accounts and assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ability to overcome objections with fact-finding conversations
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing)
