Job Function: Facilities, Workplace & Physical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Workplace & Employee Experience: Make the NYC office a place people want to be, handling candidate greetings, new hire setup, events, and on-site experience.
•Recruiting Ops: Run Ashby end-to-end from job postings and interview logistics to candidate communication, pipeline reporting, funnel hygiene, offers, and background check coordination.
•Documentation & Process Optimization: Consolidate playbooks, document key processes, and reduce repetitive questions with clear guides.
•Tooling & Automation: Build solutions the team doesn’t have yet, including Ashby workflows, templates, integrations, and AI tools for efficiency.
•General People Ops Support: Employment verifications, leave management, HRIS data hygiene, onboarding/offboarding, and ad-hoc requests.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years in recruiting, people ops, biz ops, workplace ops, office management, or EA. Ability to think and act autonomously is valued.
•Ability to own the candidate and employee experience in the NYC office, collaborating with hiring managers and IT on systems, automations, and AI tools.
•Experience building and implementing AI-powered automations and integrations across HR stack (Ashby, HRIS, etc.).
•Strong written and verbal communication with documentation discipline.
•Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with a bias for action and rapid experimentation.
