Build and own end-to-end AI integrations between Commure’s platform and third-party healthcare systems, ensuring high-performance, reliable, and scalable data exchange. Leverage LLM capabilities to automate reverse-engineering of electronic health records, collaborate with product/engineering/healthcare teams on requirements and architecture, and drive testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Work across deployment and production troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.

•Design and implement complex integration solutions between the platform and third-party healthcare systems with high performance and scalability.
•Use LLM technology to automate reverse-engineering of electronic health records.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, define approaches, and prioritize work.
•Lead end-to-end integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
•Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR and troubleshoot integration issues while improving production reliability.

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.

•Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, databases (relational and non-relational), and monitoring/alerting tools.
