Assistant Operations Manager-Security Services Account Management

Manage and operate the allocated subsection of the Transguard Protection Services (TGSS) Security Services division. Own day-to-day customer interactions while ensuring procedures are followed, including admin tasks, invoicing, and site visits. Oversee operational coordination across site teams, support security staff issue handling, and interface regularly with the SOC to help manage and audit operational performance. Track finance-related elements, support departmental objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
