Support the lead analyst in delivering digital assets research for the equity research team, building financial and token models, and communicating actionable insights to institutional clients and sales teams. Key Responsibilities

•Produce in-depth written research on tokens, blockchain-native companies, industry trends and tokenization implications across sectors
•Create and maintain detailed token, company and industry models that leverage both traditional and onchain data sources
•Communicate token/stock views and strategic insights to institutional investors and salespeople
•Develop marketing materials for clients and attend industry conferences
•Form relationships with industry contacts, company management teams and thought leaders across the digital asset ecosystem

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of equity research or investment banking experience; experience in digital assets, fintech or technology sectors preferred
•Passion for markets, blockchain technology and disruptive technologies more broadly
•Highly detail-oriented, intellectually curious and willing to work long hours
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to generate ideas
•Self-motivated problem-solver with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
