Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the production leadership team to drive engineering standards for builds (quality, build improvements, and order of operations)
  • •Interface with engineers and technicians to streamline manufacturing flow, eliminate downtime, and remove blockers
  • •Create and manage tools to communicate schedule, identify critical path/dependencies, and track progress
  • •Review and triage work order feedback with process planning to inform revisions
  • •Support first-build process development for new and changing assembly designs including process/equipment design and development builds

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency and 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience; OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
