Key Responsibilities

•Build a strong foundation across sales, technology and market understanding, including industry product portfolio and market segments.
•Support Key Account Managers with customer management, proposals and project execution.
•Participate in customer meetings, technical demonstrations and solution presentations.
•Develop commercial skills including pricing, forecasting, CRM (Salesforce) and opportunity management.
•Relocate to the UK or Ireland after the traineeship and take on a permanent Key Account Manager – Industry role, managing and developing key customer accounts.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in engineering, material science, chemistry or a related technical discipline.
•First experience (internships, placements or graduate roles) in sales, technical support, engineering or industrial markets is an advantage.
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
•Analytical mindset with good organisational skills.
•Willingness to learn, adapt and take ownership; open to international mobility (Switzerland → UK or Ireland).
