Own support and governance of global media financial workflows across Mediaocean and core ERP systems. Serve as the functional expert for Prisma and Spectra, ensuring clean data integration with Deltek Maconomy, resolving bottlenecks, and configuring standardized workflows. Manage end-to-end media finance tasks (billing, invoicing, reconciliations, cash applications), produce month-end reporting, and help enforce SOX-aligned controls while partnering on automation and AI-driven billing anomaly detection.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media finance workflows including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications.
•Configure and optimize Mediaocean Prisma and Spectra settings, workflows, and templates to align with global standards.
•Monitor and maintain data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data consistency and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Partner with agency finance teams, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT to provide system training and onboard new agencies into standardized workflows.
•Produce and analyze media financial reports (spend pacing, revenue status, variances), support month-end close, and ensure SOX/audit compliance while implementing automation and exception-based controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience using Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong financial literacy across core accounting structures, including multi-currency billing and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills to reconcile, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across disconnected systems.
