Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deploy pricing algorithms and auction mechanisms for the marketplace.
  • •Develop attendance and reliability models to govern worker↔workplace interactions.
  • •Build and maintain experiment frameworks to test product and policy changes at scale.
  • •Collaborate with engineers to move models from prototype to production and communicate reasoning clearly to PMs and leadership.
  • •Investigate metrics when movement occurs to identify causal factors and actionable insights.

Pay and Benefits
