Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation of IFATDS software components.
  • •Provide artillery subject matter expertise for requirements analysis, integration of peripheral systems, digital communications, and product improvement/enhancement.
  • •Support Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts by integrating fire support Command and Control (C2) software products aligned with weapons platforms, sensors, peripherals, and C2 vehicles.
  • •Deliver capabilities briefings and lead site surveys by preparing reports, recommendations, and briefing results to management and end-user leadership.
  • •Collaborate with Program Managers (PM) on pre-contract and execution phases, contribute to program plans, and provide inputs for proposal Statement of Work (SOW) and/or Project Work Scope (PWS).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with military command and control applications such as AFATDS, Cannon Fire Control Systems, and/or Rocket/MLRS Fire Control Systems.
  • •Experience with Tactical Operations Center activities and familiarity with military networking operations in artillery units at Battery and higher echelons.
  • •Typically requires 10+ years of experience in artillery and fire support operations.
  • •A STEM degree with at least 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance, and U.S. citizenship is required.
