Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, maintain, and evolve software applications for EO service monitoring, reporting, alerting, data visualization, and performance analysis.
  • •Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance: troubleshooting, bug fixing, testing, and improving existing applications.
  • •Support software operations in operational environments, including deployment, release support, configuration, and monitoring.
  • •Manage incident and anomaly activities: analyze software behavior, conduct root-cause investigations, and drive corrective actions and reporting.
  • •Develop dashboards and web interfaces, integrate AI-enabled capabilities, and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures; interface with multiple teams and provide on-call support when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to design, develop, maintain, and evolve software applications in operational or service-oriented environments.
  • •Experience supporting software during nominal operations, including deployment support, incident/anomaly analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
  • •Strong backend development skills in Python, including automation, scripting, data processing, and API integration.
  • •Proficiency with Linux and shell scripting (bash), plus working knowledge of Docker/containerized environments.
  • •Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, version control and collaboration, and using JIRA (or similar) for tracking incidents and reporting workflows.
