Key Responsibilities

  • •Set off on a pre-planned route alongside the driver to collect waste and recycling from homes and commercial properties.
  • •Represent Serco’s Environmental Services team as a public-facing contact in the community.
  • •Support delivering excellent customer service to residents and community members served.
  • •Help keep the area clean, safe, and tidy through consistent route performance.
  • •Work with a dedicated refuse collection team to help achieve targets.
