Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor tool and process performance, identify defects, and support yield-related investigations during semiconductor manufacturing operations.
  • •Classify defects and evaluate test/inspection results to support disposition decisions and root-cause investigations.
  • •Review process data and respond to out-of-specification (OOS) conditions and other nonstandard events to maintain process stability.
  • •Operate and support semiconductor process and inspection equipment per standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
  • •Collect, analyze, and document data to support process control, defect reduction, and continuous improvement, including troubleshooting and escalation of nonstandard events.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in a STEM related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience in troubleshooting/maintenance, electronic systems operation, component-level repair, or analytical/laboratory environments.
  • •Experience troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and/or repair of faulty electronic equipment down to the component level.
  • •Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing workflows, quality assurance principles, and inline metrology tools (preferred).
  • •Ability to work night shifts and maintain consistent attendance in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency with standard PC tools including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite, plus basic computer and networking skills.
