Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, build, and develop the Electrical Engineering team for NPI and Continuous Improvement, establishing ownership, priorities, and accountability.
  • •Own EE execution across the full product lifecycle from concept and requirements definition through design, validation, manufacturing ramp, sustaining, and continuous improvement.
  • •Set technical direction across electrical architecture, circuit design, component selection, design reviews, validation, and failure analysis.
  • •Drive the team through key development milestones, identify technical risks early, and ensure rigorous, timely issue resolution.
  • •Partner with Mechanical, Firmware, Systems, Battery, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product to deliver system-level decisions and meet product requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of electrical engineering experience developing complex hardware products, with 4+ years leading engineers or technical teams.
  • •Deep knowledge of electrical fundamentals including circuit design, PCBAs, power architecture, component selection, validation, and failure analysis.
  • •Experience bringing high-volume hardware products through NPI, manufacturing ramp, and sustaining engineering.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external manufacturing partners.
