Own the strategy and delivery of commercial digital bank products by defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap. Partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to align features to customer needs, risk/compliance requirements, and measurable outcomes. Lead backlog prioritization through ideation to production release, support SAFe/ART value delivery, and drive continuous growth through KPIs, usability testing, and industry trend insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology, Lines of Business, Risk, and other partners to define and maximize specific bank products.
•Define, develop, and lead the implementation of product roadmap deliverables, capabilities, and adoption to support business outcomes.
•Establish annual goals and monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction outcomes.
•Manage and prioritize the team backlog from ideation through production release, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.
•Lead product usability testing and co-creation studies, and monitor industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and related work experience.
•8+ years of related experience.
•Solid product management background with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization.
•Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) desired.
•Experience working in Agile or SAFe development preferred.
