Job Summary

Design and scale secure, innovative systems for GenAI productivity. Build the AI Assets platform foundations and tools for discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance, then enable the team’s internal GenAI way of working as a replicable model across the company. Collaborate across engineering groups to deliver GenAI solutions, drive continuous improvement using user feedback and adoption metrics, and work AI-native with IA agents to prototype, implement, and refactor while defining verification for assisted work.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement the foundations of the AI Assets platform and its tools for discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance.
•Integrate GenAI into internal team processes as part of the platform’s way of working, serving as a replicable model to drive company-wide adoption.
•Collaborate with other development teams to build GenAI solutions that enable smooth platform transition and ongoing development.
•Implement a continuous improvement loop based on user feedback, usage/adoption metrics, and emerging GenAI trends.
•Work AI-native using AI agents to prototype, implement, and refactor, helping define how AI-assisted work is evaluated and verified.

Key Requirements

•Ability to design end-to-end, scoped solutions and take designs from plan to delivery.
•Strong backend fundamentals using Go, Java, or Python, with microservices and RESTful APIs.
•Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and development best practices such as SOLID, clean architecture, and TDD.
•Daily hands-on experience and interest in GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation of AI-assisted systems.
•Experience or interest building developer tools, internal platforms, distribution systems, and the MCP protocol.
