Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute tour merchandise forecasts using historical sales, demographics, and venue data; coordinate with internal teams and artist management.
  • •Oversee road inventory planning and on-tour stock levels; ensure accurate tracking in AtVenu and Excel and train/supervise road staff and tour representatives.
  • •Lead US and Canadian tour logistics including freight, customs, and venue coordination; execute timely shipments and maintain vendor and freight partner relationships.
  • •Collect nightly venue settlements and maintain financial tracking across shows; audit expenses, monitor cash flow, and report discrepancies.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for client needs during tour cycles; liaise with internal teams and proactively communicate feedback from the road for continuous improvement.
