Create knowledge artifacts for a support portal, author high-impact technical content, and provide timely feedback to product teams to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist customers with flow setup, queries, and issues for Custom IC and Simulation domain products.
•Collaborate with Product R&D on defects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
•Support front end (design editing, netlisting, simulation) and back end (layout generation, placement and routing, verifying) activities.
•Perform design porting, tool setup, and tool customization to support customer design methodologies.
•Create a knowledge database and technical artifacts for Cadence Online Support to enable customer self-help.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Embedded System Engineering with 4-7 years of related experience.
•Hands-on product knowledge of Virtuoso tools (Schematic Editor, Analog Design Environment, Layout Suite) including Design Framework (DFII) and translators.
•Working knowledge of Spice simulation, PCells, OpenAccess, installation/licensing, technology files, SKILL, and customization.
•Experience with standard cell/library characterization and mixed-signal simulation.
•Must have excellent debugging skills and strong problem-solving to separate critical issues from trivial ones.
