Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership with FAB to drive best-in-class yield ramping and enable yield/quality objectives through process integration tools and roadmaps.
  • •Own technical execution and business process management for HBM product yield, quality improvements, and new product introductions (NPI).
  • •Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical deliverables, establish review structure across subordinate managers, and escalate barriers to remove them.
  • •Set clear performance goals and job expectations for team members, maintain accountability, and adjust plans and training based on progress.
  • •Maintain structured internal communications, develop external relationships to adopt industry-leading ideas, and mentor potential successors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters/PhD in EE, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •7+ years of experience in process-related roles in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication process flows and how process changes affect yield, device performance, and reliability.
  • •Experience interpreting DRAM/NAND parametric/probe/qualification data and solving structure/device root-cause issues.
