Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon, delivering proofs of concept and technical guidance for integration and deployment.
  • •Partner with account executives to understand client requirements and configure Eon’s capabilities.
  • •Lead new client onboarding by mapping business needs and designing Eon solutions to solve client problems.
  • •Advise clients on best tracking implementation strategies and guide them through adoption.
  • •Create and share technical content (e.g., sample code, blog posts, presentations, white papers, workshops) and gather feedback to influence product roadmaps.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience working with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) from a dev/ops perspective.
  • •Advanced technical skills to troubleshoot complex problems while designing and implementing custom solutions.
  • •Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US.
