Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic academy projects across the Americas with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent Discovery, HR, Customer Success, Sales, and academy leadership to drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • •Create and maintain communications, presentations, reports, and SharePoint content in English, translating program data into executive-ready reporting.
  • •Support development of senior leadership presentations and materials using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • •Coordinate virtual and in-person attract-and-hire events, workshops, onboarding activities, and training sessions, and identify process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.

Key Requirements
