Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Twin’s subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage, covering MA members, health plans, care models, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • •Develop and maintain deep understanding of MA member needs, motivations, accessibility needs, care-seeking behaviors, engagement barriers, and expectations.
  • •Advise Product, Design, Clinical, and Operations on how Twin’s member experience and care model should evolve for the Medicare population.
  • •Partner with the Medicare Advantage Product Lead to shape the end-to-end MA member journey, identify gaps, and pressure-test strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • •Monitor MA market, CMS policy, health plan priorities, competitive offerings, and emerging care models, and translate changes into opportunities for Twin; represent Twin externally as a thought leader.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare, managed care, or a closely related healthcare role with significant direct exposure to MA.
  • •Deep understanding of the Medicare population and practical realities of engaging and caring for older adults and other Medicare beneficiaries.
  • •Strong understanding of how Medicare Advantage plans operate, make decisions, measure performance, and evaluate partners and solutions.
  • •Working expertise across key MA areas including Stars, CAHPS/member experience, clinical programs, care management, supplemental benefits, risk adjustment, health equity, retention, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Comfort building and designing a better Medicare experience, with strong executive presence and thought-leadership experience presenting to senior audiences.
